About the Opportunity
You will own digital strategy across a portfolio of ambitious clients. Your work will extend beyond generating traffic and leads: you will evaluate how campaigns attract the right audiences, how websites convert them, how leads move through the CRM, and how marketing and sales connect to produce measurable revenue.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable examining performance data, leading a senior client conversation, challenging an assumption, and translating a complex problem into a clear plan that creative, media, content, web, and technical teams can execute.
What You’ll Own
Full-Funnel Digital Strategy
- Develop integrated strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO, content, websites, CRM, and sales enablement.
- Connect every campaign to the complete customer journey - from the first interaction through conversion, pipeline progression, and closed revenue.
- Identify the highest-value opportunities and determine whether the underlying constraint is traffic quality, positioning, content, conversion experience, lead management, attribution, or sales follow-through.
- Establish clear objectives, priorities, KPIs, roadmaps, and recommended actions for each client engagement.
- Ensure individual tactics operate as one connected growth plan rather than isolated marketing activities.
Paid Media and SEO Leadership
- Set strategic direction across paid search, paid social, organic search, and supporting content.
- Assess audience strategy, channel mix, campaign structure, landing-page alignment, budget allocation, and performance.
- Turn campaign data into decisions that improve efficiency, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue outcomes.
- Guide internal specialists and partners while maintaining accountability for the strength of the overall strategy.
- Balance immediate performance opportunities with sustainable organic growth.
Website Conversion and Customer Experience
- Audit website and landing-page performance as part of the broader acquisition and conversion funnel.
- Identify friction, message gaps, weak calls to action, poor traffic-to-page alignment, and conversion barriers.
- Recommend improvements to user journeys, landing pages, conversion paths, content, and digital experiences.
- Work with web, UX, content, and creative teams to ensure campaigns lead to experiences designed to convert.
CRM, Attribution, and Revenue Measurement
- Advise on CRM setup, lead capture, lifecycle stages, routing, tracking, and pipeline visibility.
- Connect marketing activity to sales outcomes so clients can understand which programs influence qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Establish useful reporting frameworks across channels, websites, CRM platforms, and sales data.
- Interpret analytics and attribution data, separate meaningful signals from noise, and communicate what should change as a result.
- Ensure clients know where their campaigns lead, what is working, and where performance is breaking down.
Senior Client Leadership
- Lead client discovery, strategic planning, performance reviews, and recommendation presentations.
- Build trusted relationships with sophisticated, fast-moving clients facing material business challenges.
- Present difficult findings clearly and guide clients toward stronger decisions.
- Challenge requests or assumptions when they conflict with the evidence, agreed strategy, or commercial objective.
- Explain complex marketing, analytics, and technology concepts without losing the details that matter.
AI-Enabled Strategy and Delivery
- Use AI as a practical, established part of research, analysis, planning, communication, and delivery.
- Apply AI to improve the speed and quality of strategic thinking - not simply to generate surface-level content.
- Identify repeatable workflows that can be improved through automation or AI-enabled processes.
- Help clients and internal teams understand where AI creates meaningful value and where professional judgment remains essential.
What You Bring
- At least five years of progressive digital marketing experience, including meaningful experience within an agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead integrated, full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
- Genuine strategic strength across both paid media and SEO - not exposure to only one channel and not execution without strategic ownership.
- Strong understanding of website conversion, landing-page performance, user experience, and conversion-rate optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and how marketing activity feeds lead management, sales pipeline, and revenue.
- Confidence working with analytics, attribution, reporting, and performance data used to make business decisions.
- Evidence of measurable improvements in lead generation, acquisition efficiency, conversion, pipeline, revenue, or other meaningful commercial outcomes.
- Experience managing senior client relationships and leading strategic or performance-focused conversations.
- The judgment and confidence to challenge assumptions, defend recommendations, and remain accountable for outcomes.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- The ability to make complex ideas clear to clients, leadership, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Current, practical use of AI to work faster, think more clearly, and improve client outcomes.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-accountability agency environment.

- Direct exposure to ambitious national and international clients.
- A collaborative, high-accountability environment that actively incorporates AI into its work.
