How you will make an Impact:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Full-Time General Help team member to support daily operations at our Tim Hortons location. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has previous Tim Hortons experience or training, with opportunities for future advancement into a Lead Hand role.
As a General Helper you will:

Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests.

Assist with food and beverage preparation, including following Tim Hortons standards and procedures.

Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, service areas, and dining spaces.

Restock food, beverages, supplies, and other products as needed.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety guidelines.

Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties as required.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Support other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
About You:

Previous customer service or food service experience is considered an asset.

Tim Hortons experience or training is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Reliable, punctual, and flexible to accommodate occasional shift changes.

Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM.
Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
