About the job

Company Description: Better Minds Counselling is a private therapy practice located in the heart of London, Ontario, with free on-site parking. We are dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care while prioritizing the well-being of our therapists. Therapists are expected to collaborate with clients to develop treatment plans, assign practical homework when appropriate, and support progress toward their goals. The role also involves independent marketing and networking to build and maintain a caseload, with marketing support and referrals available through the practice.

What We Offer

Office Space: A conveniently located downtown office in London, Ontario, with free on-site parking.
Flexible Schedule: Opportunities for full-time, part-time, or casual arrangements.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, Social Work, or a related field.
Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) or the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Experience developing treatment plans and incorporating therapeutic homework or practical strategies to support client progress.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
An interest in marketing, networking, and building a sustainable caseload.
