Meet Michael

Michael Cassone is a Partner within the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Group and assists financial institutions with secured transactions, including the creation and perfection of security interests, enforcement of security and priority disputes. Michael also acts for receivers, creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and insolvency matters.

Michael has experience representing institutions, individuals and small businesses in commercial litigation matters.
