A creative working studio

I'm an award-winning Canadian graphic designer and artist based in London, Ontario. I've been running my design studio, Carve, since 2004, helping businesses of all sizes, from small start-ups to large educational institutions, build strong, memorable brands through logo design, branding, marketing, and publication work. I was also a Registered Graphic Designer (RGD) from 1998 to 2018.

My artwork lives under Recker Art, my working Studio/Gallery in Old East Village. Here I scratch my Pop Art itch and display my work. My art has found its way into spaces around the world. You'll find my work hanging in Canada's first Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario, as well as in private and corporate collections across Canada, the U.S., Ireland, and Singapore.

Whether I'm working on a brand identity or a large-scale canvas, it all comes from the same place: a love of bold visuals, strong ideas, and thoughtful execution. In the end, I just enjoy making good work that means something to the people who see it.

When I'm not creating, I run the London Creative Network, a community space where designers connect and help each other grow. I'm active keeping up with a busy family, but still enjoy clearing my head on a mountain bike ride. You might also catch me in the slow lane in my old '71 VW Bus.
