Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services has managed grounds and snow and ice for commercial properties in Canada since 1973. Today 26 locations across six provinces, Manitoba, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador, work off the same service standard.

Our clients are property managers, facility managers and owners accountable for sites they do not own: corporate campuses and large offices, industrial and distribution facilities, big-box retail, hospitals and government properties. They are not buying landscaping. They are buying the absence of a problem they would otherwise have to explain to someone else.

A Halifax winter and a Calgary winter have almost nothing in common, so the standard cannot be one playbook. What travels is the specification: what gets applied, at what trigger, documented the same way, so a Dartmouth site and an Airdrie site produce the same record at the end of the season.
