The Role:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll spend your summer knocking doors and selling residential pest control contracts for Insight Pest Solutions, Canada’s largest residential pest control provider.
- Sales Training Provided: Receive daily in-person training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing feedback. You will learn how to sell - from starting conversations and building rapport to handling objections and closing deals. No previous sales experience is required.
- Earn What You’re Worth: This is a commission-based role where your effort and performance directly influence your income. Most reps earn $15,000–$25,000 in 3 months, but there’s no cap.
- Housing Included: Live with like-minded individuals in fully furnished housing covered by Vantage Canada.
What You'll be doing:
- Start each day with a focused sales meeting to learn, sharpen your techniques, and prepare for the day ahead.
- Spend 6–8 hours knocking doors, pitching and making sales, meeting 75–100 people daily.
- Apply what you learn through real-world sales experience, daily coaching, and feedback.
- Compete in individual and team sales challenges to push yourself further and hold yourself to a higher standard.
Work Schedule
We encourage a 6-day workweek, including daily sales meetings and 6–8 hours of prospecting each day (~48 hours/week). You set your hours, but the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.
