Role Description As a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist at Jaguar Land Rover London, you will guide clients through the entire vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting and needs assessment to test drives, financing options, and delivery. You will conduct product presentations, explain vehicle features and benefits, and provide accurate pricing and lease/finance information. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up with prospects and existing clients, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also stay current on Jaguar Land Rover product updates and promotions, participate in sales meetings and training, and work toward individual and team sales targets while upholding brand and dealership standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for clear presentations, active listening, and professional correspondence.
- Proven Customer Service and relationship-building skills to create a positive, trust-based client experience.
- Demonstrated Sales abilities, including prospecting, closing techniques, and achieving performance targets.
- Experience in Training or coaching, and familiarity with Sales Management principles is an asset.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or luxury retail is preferred.
- Comfort with CRM systems, basic computer applications, and digital sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and ability to conduct test drives safely.
- Availability to work dealership hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
